Program Details
Developed between the Member and Supervisor, the plan becomes a self-exploration journey.
Throughout this journey, the member will work through establishing priorities, identifying opportunities, goal setting, defining their personal mission, eliminating external threats, and ensuring they are postured for future opportunities.
Along the way, the team has milestones and check-in points for the supervisor and leadership team to evaluate progress, reinforce priorities, and measure goals.
This is not an Annual Performance Evaluation , but rather a Personal Development Plan to help your people achieve Self-Actualization.
