About the event

The Bama Foods Executive Leadership Experience

Designed & Led by Guidon Leadership

Golf and Dove Hunting Experience

Overview

In collaboration with Bama Foods, Guidon Leadership invites a select group of McDonald’s Owner-Operators to a private, high-impact Executive Leadership Retreat at the Bama Foods Ranch that will include great food, whiskey, cigars, firepits and ATVs!

This is not a traditional retreat—and it’s not a conference.

It is an intentionally designed environment where high-performing leaders step away from daily operations to sharpen decision-making, challenge perspective, and have some fun outside their comfort zone.

The Experience

Over two days, you will be immersed in a unique blend of executive-level leadership development, elevated hospitality, and connection.

Set against the backdrop of the Bama Foods Bird Creek Ranch, the experience includes:

  • Executive chef-prepared meals

  • Premium whiskey and cigar bar

  • Evening fire pit sessions with candid leadership conversations

  • Luxury lodging in a private ranch setting

  • Guided dove hunting experience (Day 1)

  • Golf outing (Day 2 – bring your clubs)

  • Tours of Bama Foods

Leadership Sessions: Built on Proven Leadership Under Pressure

This experience is anchored by leadership sessions led by Guidon Leadership alongside two senior military leaders.

These are not theoretical discussions—they are grounded in real-world leadership where clarity, accountability, and execution determine outcomes.

Participants will gain perspective on:

  • How elite teams operate under pressure and uncertainty

  • The role of accountability, ownership, and standards in sustained performance

  • Decision-making when information is incomplete and time is limited

  • How to build trust, cohesion, and alignment across teams

You will hear firsthand lessons from leaders who have operated in high-stakes environments—and learn how to translate those principles into your business, your people, and your operations.

Who This Is For

This experience is intentionally limited to a small group of Owner-Operators (6 person limit) who are serious about growth, leadership, and building stronger organizations.

We strongly encourage you to bring a fellow Owner-Operator.

The value of this experience is amplified through shared perspective and continued application beyond the event.

Investment **There are only 6 bunks available**

$800 per Owner-Operator

-OR-

Executive Pair Registration $1500 (This experience is designed for two participants)

High-level leadership is strengthened through shared perspective. We encourage you to attend with a trusted peer and fellow Owner-Operator.

All lodging, meals, experiences, and sessions are included minus hunting license.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership environment designed for those who don’t just manage operations—but shape culture, standards, and performance at the highest level.

Senior Military Leadership - Colonel Seth Graham

Seth Graham doesn’t come from theory...he comes from experience.

He’s logged over 3,000 flight hours as a command pilot, earned distinction as a graduate of the elite USAF Weapons Instructor Course, and holds advanced degrees in systems engineering, national security strategy, and airpower.

After 26 years operating at the highest levels of national defense, Seth built his career where decisions aren’t debated, they’re executed. From combat operations in the B-1B to shaping strategy inside the Department of Defense, he’s spent decades leading in environments where clarity, speed, and accountability aren’t optional.

He has served as Senior Military Executive Assistant to the Commander of U.S. Strategic Command, working directly with the Joint Staff, Secretary of Defense, and senior civilian leadership to align global strategy in real time. When the stakes were highest, Seth was in the room.

Before that, he led at scale, commanding the Air Force’s largest flying training wing: 3,000 people, 244 aircraft, and over 25% of all Air Force pilot production. He also served as Vice Commander of the 509th Bomb Wing, the nation’s only stealth bomber wing, where precision, discipline, and trust define everything.

Seth and I crossed paths twice, Ellsworth AFB and Whiteman AFB, but it was at Whiteman where things got real. As 2/3 of the wing’s leadership triad, we stepped into a entire wing in trouble; rising suicides, broken discipline, and a culture headed in the wrong direction. We didn’t manage it, we confronted it. What followed was a full-scale cultural reset that didn’t just fix problems—it got noticed at the highest levels of command and changed the trajectory of an entire wing.
