Guidon Leadership Mid-Manager Course Presented by Your Local BU

This course is about YOU and Your Development!

This 12-month course is broken into 3-parts:

1. 3-day live classroom session will focus on enhancing personal skills, including Emotional Intelligence, Resiliency, Growth Mindset, and Self-Efficacy. Additionally, we will strengthen your teamwork abilities by exploring topics like Motivation, Influencing Others, and Understanding Personalities. This program is intentionally designed to develop your soft skills, complementing the technical expertise you already possess.

2. Live Virtual Sessions will provide us with a chance to review material, go through a book together, and network to discuss common challenges and successes.

3. Podcasts are published monthly to enrich the content, explore topics in greater depth, and maintain consistency in the delivery of the material at your own pace.

Over the next 12 months, through a combination of classroom sessions, virtual interactions, and online learning, we will present, discuss, and debate essential leadership lessons used in developing military leaders globally. Although this class aims to enhance your professional skills, it also extends into your personal life. We don't teach you how to make Big Macs taste better or fries hotter, we teach you to lead the people who achieve results in your restaurant. These lessons are applicable at home, school, work, or any other area of your life.
