Advanced Leadership Course 24A

This course will cover personal skill development to include Emotional Intelligence, Resiliency, Growth Mindset, and Self-Efficacy. We will also build on your teamwork skills through topics such as Motivation, Influencing Others, and Understanding Personalities. All of this is deliberately focused on development of your soft-skills to complement the technical skills you have already acquired.

While this class is designed to improve on your abilities at work, it also transcends into your personal life. We don't teach you how to make Big Macs taste better or make fries hotter, we teach you to lead the people that get results in your store. Those same lessons will apply at home, school, work, or wherever you are in life.
